Register to Vote
Register by October 25th to vote in this year's election.
Early Voting
Early voting is available in person at Putnam County Board of Elections in Carmel or Cold Spring.
Vote by Mail &
Absentee Ballot
Any registered voter may apply for an early mail ballot on line, and may qualify for an absentee ballot for certain qualifying reasons. Both must be requested by
October 25.
Absentee ballots must be received by election day.
Election Day Voting
Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025.
